I've tried saving printouts of recipes I've liked, but I've lost them all, and I've tried writing them into my recipe notebook, but I am too lazy to maintain something like that. The notes would get increasingly sparse and it lacked any kind of organization. I figured a blog would be the perfect place for me to keep my recipes, notes, modifications, and a visual library of my cooking non-fails.
